Norse are seeking a Temporary Recruitment Manager to cover maternity leave from July 2017.
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for the delivery of a professional internal recruitment service to both Norse Commercial Services and NorseCare, providing advice and guidance on the full range of recruitment activities, and ensuring all processes and projects are carried out in an efficient and customer focused way.
Additionally responsible for driving recruitment metrics across the business, you will develop the recruitment strategy to ensure the team are continually influencing and positively impacting upon cost per hire, time to hire, and quality ratios. You will create innovative campaigns for all levels of recruitment, offering a range of recruitment techniques, including building strong external networks and the use of social media.
We are looking for a candidate who offers significant experience within a strategic recruitment role. You will have good knowledge of employment legislation affecting recruitment with excellent communication skills, able to effectively liaise with hiring managers to understand and meet their resourcing challenges. A CIPD Level 5 or relevant recruitment qualification would be desirable.
